Refund policy

Recipeer offers a Pro plan, and we do offer refunds for users seeking to no longer pay for their use on the platform.

Refund amount

We will issue you a 100% refund if you request it within 24 hours of payment.

For the annual plan, we can issue you a prorated refund after the initial 24 hour period. This will be calculated based on the monthly plan rate. For example, if you bought the annual plan and requested a refund 3 months later, we will refund you your original amount minus the amount you would have paid on the monthly plan for those 3 months.

For the monthly plan, please cancel your plan - or contact support. Your Pro usage will be cut off at the end of your billing cycle.

Cases of fraud

If you have been a victim of fraud and your card (or other payment method) has been compromised to pay for Recipeer, we will issue you a full refund.
